Well, it's official: I have a new favorite online casino. The Star
Online is simply one of the best sites out there.
It's well known that I like a well-designed site; if it's not professionally designed, a warning flag automatically
comes up in my head. How serious is the casino owner if their site is second rate? The Star Online is clearly a casino that is in this for the long haul... the website is simply gorgeous. Clean design, nice colors, quick load
times, great effects. Excellent work, Star webmaster!
Signup, download and installation was painless. While I was installing,
I decided to play it dumb and give the Star's support team a call ... I
asked pretty much every question I could think of, and the representative
I spoke to handled them all. I must have been on the line with the poor
lady for fifteen minutes... but she was always gracious and quick to understand
my problems. She even e-mailed me a couple days after I originally signed
up, asking if everything was going OK. What class! Star Online is bringing
customer service to a new level.
The games themselves are great, with a wide selection to choose from. As always, I headed straight for the Blackjack tables, and had great luck there. In fact, congratulations are in order... I won several hundred dollars at the Star!
Cashing out was relatively smooth, and I received my money a couple weeks later.
The Star Online really puts everything together. From the site itself to the casino games to the customer service, I was pleasantly surprised each time.
