The Grand Riviera
online casino is another one of those sites that you read about on the newsgroups
and message boards; there's a small and steady following of gamblers that
play there, and they're not afraid to make their opinions known. With this
in mind, I decided to talk to a few of these people while I tried this casino
out, and see what it was that they liked so much.
There's one universal thing that they all told me, and that was that the
Riviera's slot games are among the best in the business. I would agree that
the selection is great: there's a dozen different versions of the one-armed
bandit here, and I did rack up several wins on their multi-line games, especially
on the Five Star Slots.
Grand Riviera offers 41 games, and they're actually all a lot of fun. The
graphics and game play are very nice, and I managed to win rather consistently
at blackjack, on the roulette wheel and on the keno board, which I don't
usually play. Hitting several four out of fours at keno was a pleasant surprise,
to say the least.
The gamblers I talked to repeatedly told me that the Riviera's support staff
were among the best that they'd dealt with, and I would tend to agree with
this. A couple of questions were handled expertly on the phones, and although
they sounded awfully busy in the background, I never had to wait "on hold"
more than a couple of minutes when I called.
I was quite pleased by my experience at the Grand Riviera this past week, and I do believe that I will choose to play here whenever I'm in the mood to go on a slots binge. Their combination of games, support, graphics and odds make this casino an obvious choice for our top ten.
